I should be used to seeing slightly odd things around college, but this is something new. For the past couple of days, Old Court has been home to two birds of prey. They looked pretty comfortable despite the fog this morning. I shall do some research and find out why they are here...

I'm sorry to have missed this. Is one of them standing on a chair leg? Maybe it's some sort of therapy for the students.
Will they be there for long, or is it just a temporary measure? If there were a golden eagle that could scare the students too, when necessary. I bet a Dean of College with an unblinking eagle on his arm would have an extra oomph when telling off the drunken.
